A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF EL PASO DE ROBLES
TO GRANT AONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION
FOR TENTATIVE TRACT 2469& PD 00-018
(REPUBLIC PROPERTIES, INC.)
APN 008-092-025
WHEREAS, on July 23, 2002, the Planning Commission approved Resolution 02-039 &
Resolution 02-054 granting tentative approval to Tract 2469 and Planned Development
00-018, a 8 lot condominium project with one common ownership lot, located at 344 24*
Street, and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the State's Subdivision Map Act, the map approval
was granted for a two (2) year period of time from the date of Planning Commission
action, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is empowered through the Zoning Code to approve
Tentative Tract Maps and their related Time Extension requests, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Planning Commission on October 26,
2004 to consider facts as presented in the staff report prepared for this time extension
request, and to accept public testimony regarding the extension, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of
El Paso de Robles does hereby grant a one year time extension (as measured from the
most current expiration date of July 23, 2004) to Tentative Tract Map 2469, subject to the
following condition:
All conditions adopted within resolution 02-039 & 02-054 shall remain in full
force and effect (on file in the Community Development Department).
