HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 04-074 2004-06-08RESOLUTION NO.: 04-074 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF EL PASO DE ROBLES GRANTING A ONE YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP PR 00-076 AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT 00-008 (BUZZETTI/NANOMETER, APN: 025-391-062) WHEREAS, the existing Planned Development and Tentative Parcel Map approvals for this Project were initially approved by the Planning Commission on July 11, 2000; WHEREAS, Resolution 00-035 granted tentative parcel map approval to PR 00-076 and Planned Development 00-008, authorizing a three-lot commercial subdivision and development of an industrial/business park complex at the northwest corner of Dallons Drive and Golden Hill Road; WHEREAS, pursuant to the State's Subdivision Map Act, tentative parcel map approval was granted for a period of two (2) years; WHEREAS, pursuant to the City's Zoning Ordinance, the planned development approval was granted to the same time period; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is empowered to grant extension of time requests; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted a one year extension of the planned development and tentative parcel map approvals at its August 13, 2002 meeting with adoption of Resolution No. 02-045; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission granted a second one year extension of the planned development and tentative parcel map approvals at its October 14, 2003 meeting with adoption of Resolution No. 03-03-077; WHEREAS, on April 15, 2004, a request for another one year time extension was filed, automatically extending the approvals an additional 60-days or until such time as final action is taken on the request; WHEREAS, at its June 8, 2004 meeting, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing to consider facts presented in the staff report and to accept public testimony on the requested extension of time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of El Paso de Robles does hereby grant a one year time extension (as measured from the most current expiration date of July 11, 2004) to Tentative Parcel Map 00-076 and Planned Development 00-008, subject to the following condition: 1. All conditions adopted within Resolutions Nos. 00-035 and 00-036 shall remain in full force and effect (these Resolutions are on file in the Community Development Department). 2. Tentative Parcel Map 00-076 & PD 00-008 will expire on July 11, 2005, unless an application for a time extension is filed prior to that date.
