A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF EL PASO DE ROBLES
TO GRANT A ONE YEAR TIME EXTENSION
FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 01-102

WHEREAS, on March 12, 2002 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution 02-015
granting tentative parcel map approval to PR 01-102 for the subdivision of a 1.6 acre site
into 3 lots for single-family residential development, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision is located on the southwest corner of 2 1st Street and Villa
Lane, and
WHEREAS, a resolution was adopted by the Planning Commission granting a Negative
Declaration status for this project, and a Negative Declaration was prepared for the
proposed subdivision application in accordance with the California Environmental
Quality Act, and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the State's Subdivision Map Act the map approval
was granted for a two (2) year period of time from the date of Planning Commission
action, and
WHEREAS, the map was scheduled to expire on March 12, 2004, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is empowered through the Zoning Code to approve
Tentative Tract maps and their related Time Extension requests, and
WHEREAS, on February 24, 2004, the applicant filed a request for a one year time
extension of the subject tentative tract map, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Planning Commission on April 27,
2004, to consider facts as presented in the staff report prepared for this time extension and
to accept public testimony regarding the extension, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of
El Paso de Robles does hereby grant a one year time extension (as measured from the
most current expiration date of March 12, 2004) to Tentative Parcel Map 01-102, subject
to the following condition:
1. All conditions adopted within Resolutions 02-015 shall remain in full force and effect
(on file in the Community Development Department).
2. The Parcel Map will expire on March 12, 2005, unless a request for a time extension
is filed prior to this date.
