A RESOLUTION OF THE PLA NG COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF EL PASO DE ROBLES
TO GRANT A ONE YEAR TIME EXTENSION
FOR PARCEL MAP PR 97-177 (BRADSHAW)
APN 009-761-008
WHEREAS, on December 9, 1997, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution 97-059 granting
tentative parcel map approval to PR 97-177 for the creation of two single family residential parcels
form a single residential parcel, located on Snead Street at Wade Drive just south of Pat Butler
Elementary School, and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the State's Subdivision Map Act the map approval was granted
for a two (2) year period of time from the date of Planning Commission action, there establishing an
expiration date for this map of December 9, 1999, and
WHEREAS, on November 22, 1999, the applicant filed a request for a one year time extension of the
subject tentative parcel map, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted by the Planning Commission on January 11, 2000, to
consider facts as presented in the staff report prepared for this time extension request, and to accept
public testimony regarding the extension, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of El Paso de
Robles, does hereby grant a one year time extension (as measured from the most current expiration
date of December 9, 1999) to Tentative Parcel Map PR 97-177, subject to the following conditions:
All conditions adopted within resolution 97-059 shall remain in full force and effect (on file in
the Community Development Department).
